Currently, Tom works for the University of Minnesota Arts Ticket Office as an Event and Group Sales Manager. Tom has completed advanced training in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign at the U of M.

In 2003 Tom completed the Web Design Insitute in Minneapolis where he furthered his study in site development, planning, HTML, Flash techniques and site testing. Currently, Tom is a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography and attends Hennepin Technical Institute in Eden Prairie, Minnesota seeking a degree in professional photography.

Web Shack Designs partner Joy Archibald has an extensive background in Office Managment, Database Development, building custom PowerPoint Presentions and software training. Joy has designed many theatre programs, company brochures, menus and web sites. Joy has also developed and maintained custom databases for Nashville Humane Association, Tennessee Repertory Theatre, Living Colors Painting (Minneapolis) and the Evangelical Free Church of Embarrass Minnesota.

Joy recently retired from her position as a Business Analyst for the Office of the Vice President of Research at the University of Minnesota. She continues to operate the Web Shack from the home-based office in Andover, Minnesota while caring for our daughter Lillianna.
